Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you learn skills in order to work towards a life worth living.
Our experience enables us to offer effective individualized outpatient psychological care. We treat a number of mental health disorders and provide a validating safe space to young adults 17+, adults, and couples to express themselves freely while open to feedback.
Trauma keeps us stuck in our "safe space." Where we are unable to live our lives to the fullest, which means, not being able to live a life worth living. Many individuals experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can accompany traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms by providing Prolonged Exposure therapy. Of course, this comes with its challenges; however, you won't be alone.
Getting started is a difficult decision to make. Feeling vulnerable can be unbearable. Not many of us want to be vulnerable with ourselves, let alone, with someone else. So, we have 2 choices: 1. keep things as they are or 2. make a change. If you pick number 1, please do not contact us.
